Privacy Policy

California Creative Studio is a design, web, and print studio based in Southern California, operating as part of the MakeMyBiz family of companies. You can reach us at hello@californiacreates.com.

We only collect what you type into our forms or tell us directly:

• Your name, email address, and phone number if you provide one.
• Business name, project type, budget range, and timeline.
• Notes you write describing your project.
• If you arrived from a partner link, the referral source recorded in the URL.
• For print and merchandise quotes: product, quantity, deadline, and any artwork link you share.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not buy or sell contact lists.

Your information is used to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, schedule a call, and deliver the work you hire us for. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell it to anyone.

We use a small number of service providers to run the studio. Your information may be stored or processed by:

• Our application database, which stores lead, order, and quote records so we can track your project.
• Airtable, our shared client pipeline, where new inquiries are logged for follow-up.
• Calendly, used to schedule discovery calls. If you book a time, Calendly receives the name, email, and project notes you submit on their booking page.
• Our email provider, which delivers notifications to the studio and confirmations to you.
• Print and fulfillment vendors, who receive only the details needed to produce and ship an order you have placed.

Calendly is shared with our sister studio for scheduling only. Project inquiries you send to California Creative Studio stay with California Creative Studio.

Inquiry records are kept while we are in conversation and for a reasonable period afterward so we can pick the thread back up. Records tied to a paid project are kept for as long as needed for business and tax purposes.

You can ask us to send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@californiacreates.com and we will handle it. If you asked us to stop contacting you, we will keep the minimum record needed to honor that request.

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Scheduling and payment pages hosted by our providers may set their own cookies required for those services to work.

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting active clients will be sent by email.
